How Clients Submit Requests

1. Batch the Changes: Collect all text edits, phone number updates, or new photos into a single list or single WhatsApp message.

2. Send via WhatsApp or Email: The client sends their consolidated batch along with any attachment files directly to your WhatsApp or studio email. I will confirm whether it falls under a Minor Edit (R250) or Major Edit (R550) package.

3. Payment & 24–48 Hour Execution: Send a quick payment link or EFT invoice. As soon as payment clears, your 24–48 business hour begins, and the updates are published live to their site.

Rule: Individual, piece-by-piece WhatsApp texts throughout the day are not processed until compiled into one complete batch.

• Scope: Quick tweaks to existing site text, numbers, or details.

• Updates: Phone numbers, email addresses, business hours, or single price changes.

• Media: Single photo, logo, or testimonial swaps.
